This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to undertake beaver surveys, experiencing field signs and beaver wetlands first-hand. Potential human-beaver conflicts will also be covered, with information on management solutions and licensing requirements.
Attendees should be comfortable with walking outdoors on rough and wet terrain, as the course will include a visit to a watercourse and wetland used by beavers.
